Return Policy
At Angel Codes, every piece is chosen — and created — with intention. We want you to feel completely aligned with what arrives at your door. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to deny returns that arrive damaged, soiled, scented, or showing signs of wear.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- All jewelry (including earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets)
- Sale and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads (PDFs, planners, audio files, ebooks)
- Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, prints, and other made-to-order goods)
- Personalized or custom orders
- Intimates and bodysuits
- Beauty, wellness, and self-care items (for hygiene reasons)
This is standard practice in the boutique and fine jewelry industry and allows us to maintain the integrity and energy of every piece we send.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@shopangelcodes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, you'll receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@shopangelcodes.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email contact@shopangelcodes.com with your order number and exchange request.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Angel Codes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier directly. We're happy to help you open an investigation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing contact@shopangelcodes.com. After that window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
