Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add your favorites to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase by emailing contact@angelcodes.com with your order number. After that, your order enters fulfillment and we're no longer able to make changes.
I didn't receive my order confirmation. What do I do?
First, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If it's still missing, email us at contact@angelcodes.com with the name and email used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Print-on-demand items may take slightly longer (7–14 business days total) as they're made-to-order just for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click through to see your package's journey.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Angel Codes isn't responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but it hasn't arrived, please contact your local carrier first. We're happy to help you open an investigation if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or 30 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Read our full Return Policy → Returns – Angel Codes
Can I return jewelry?
All jewelry is final sale for hygiene and integrity reasons — this is standard across the boutique and fine jewelry industry.
Can I return a digital product?
Digital downloads (PDFs, planners, audio files) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email contact@angelcodes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund, your choice.

What are angel codes?

How do I know which angel number is for me?
The one that keeps showing up is for you. Trust what you see. If you'd like deeper guidance, we recommend journaling on the number that's been appearing — your intuition will reveal the meaning faster than any guide.
Are these items suitable as gifts?
Absolutely. Angel Codes pieces make beautiful gifts for birthdays, milestones, manifestation moments, or "just because" magic.
Are these products religious?
Angel Codes is spiritual, not religious. Our pieces are designed to support manifestation, alignment, and personal energy work — and they're welcome in any practice or belief system.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your payment information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
Account & Community
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and earn rewards (coming soon).
How do I join your email list?
Scroll to the bottom of any page and enter your email. You'll get early access to new drops, exclusive codes, manifestation rituals, and a welcome gift.
Can I collaborate with Angel Codes?
We love connecting with aligned creators, manifesters, and content makers. Email contact@angelcodes.com with the subject line "Collab" and tell us about you.
How do I contact customer care?
